Screening venues Where can I watch the films?

The Adventure and Discovery Festival takes place across several venues in the heart of Val d’Isère. Whether at the Congress Centre or at Le Splendide cinema, discover the films in competition and take part in discussions with the directors and adventurers in attendance.

Screenings in the Auditorium and at the Le Splendide cinema are subject to an admission charge and require booking. Screenings in the Valériane and Ancolie venues, as well as the live stream on our website, are free of charge.

Auditorium By booking in advance

This is where the Festival’s main evening events take place. Hosted by our master of ceremonies, they feature film screenings and discussions attended by the directors and adventurers.

The awards ceremony takes place in the Auditorium on Thursday evening, marking the close of the Festival.

The Conference Centre is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The Valériane and Ancolie Rooms Free access

In the Valériane and Ancolie theatres, you can watch the Festival’s films free of charge and follow, via a live screen feed, the discussions with directors and adventurers taking place in the Auditorium.

Free admission, subject to availability. The Congress Centre is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Le Splendid Cinema Maison de Val

The Le Splendide cinema is also hosting screenings for the Festival. Audiences can watch the films there and follow the discussions taking place in the Congress Centre’s Auditorium live on screen.

Admission is subject to a charge; booking is essential.

The events taking place in the Auditorium of the Congress Centre will be streamed online. The link to access the live stream will be available from the first day of the Festival on the website’s homepage.
