From 10 to 14 June 2026, the Val d’Isère Adventure & Discovery Festival team went to meet an old friend on the other side of Monti Blanc: the Chamonix Film Festival. What a great opportunity it was to discover the programme of films and fringe events, united by a shared passion for the mountains and adventure, captured in images.
The visit also provided an opportunity to meet and connect with the people who bring these events to life: organising teams, filmmakers, associations, partners and members of the mountain community. Their valuable exchanges offered a chance to share experiences, spark new ideas and continue developing our respective festivals.
